Ways to Make Massage Therapy a regular part of your Wellness Plan.

We know that bodywork is most valuable when it becomes a regular part of your wellness program. Regular massage and bodywork can help to keep the nervous system regulated, train the mind and muscles to go into states of recovery & relaxation, speed the repair process of muscles, and off-set the negative long-term health impacts of sustained stress.  

Investing in massage is an investment in your health. Regular maintenance and self-care are a critical piece of health, wellness, and longevity. We also know that budgets can feel tight sometimes. Here are some ways to make services more accessible.   

Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts:

These can be used for our services. Check your individual plan to find out what documentation is needed. We are happy to provide you with a coded receipt for your records. 

Insurance:

We are an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. We are happy to provide coded receipts to submit to your provider for reimbursement, however, you will be responsible for all payments at the time of services. Check with your provider for your out-of-network benefits. 

Packages:

Packages provide for additional savings. All packages must be used within 12 months from time of purchase. 

Wellness Series includes 5 sessions at your chosen time length:

     (5) 60 minute massage sessions for $635 ($40 savings)

     (5) 75 minute massage sessions for $735 ($40 savings)

     (5) 90 minute massage sessions for $835 ($40 savings)

Thrive Series includes 10 sessions at your chosen time length:

     (10) 60 minute massage sessions for $1250 ($100 savings)

     (10) 75 minute massage sessions for $14500 ($100 savings)

     (10) 90 minute massage sessions for $1650 ($100 savings)
