Selena Reames, Licensed Massage Therapist & Occupational Therapist, Coach
Practice Philosophy: After 20 years, I have found few things more rewarding than being a part of another person's healing path, whether that be on an individual basis or through developing and delivering programs and classes to the community. With an extensive background in bodywork and rehabilitation settings as well as research and program development experience, I am able to draw from a wide variety of skills and tools in order to most effectively assist my clients and meet them where they are. We work together to facilitate the mind and body's natural healing processes and assist in the integration and wellness of body, mind, and spirit.
